The Process

Step 1

  • After you have filled out the form on the contact page, I will go through the information you have given me and come up with a design plan. I will get back to you by the next business day with the next steps.

    Please provide as much information as you can so we can bring your vision to life.

Step 2

  • After I come up with a plan for your project, I will reach out to you to discuss the mock-up fees and process. I will go over my policies on design changes with you before sending an agreement form for you to sign.

    After this agreement has been signed, I will begin designing the mock-up. Mockups take on average to complete.

Step 3

  • After you receive the mock-up up we will review it together. This is when you’ll be able to request changes to the design. Once you have signed off on your custom design, I will send you a final agreement along with your invoice.

    This payment is due immediately. Once received, we will move on to shipping or purchasing your item.

Step 4

  • This is the part where you either mail the item you want customized to my design studio, or I will purchase the item for you and have it delivered to my studio.

    The price of the item will be added to your final invoice.

Step 5

  • After I receive the item, I will begin the customization process. Your design mock-up will now become custom wearable art that is entirely unique to you.

    At this point, you are not able to make any changes to the design.

Step 6

  • I use USPS to have my custom art delivered to your doorstep. The standard shipping time varies based on location.

    A tracking number will be provided as soon as I drop your custom order at the post office.
